We are an NPO looking for gala planning assistance. What do you offer?
We’ve had the privilege of working with a prominent DC non-profit for the last several years at their annual gala, both virtually and in-person. We’d be happy to discuss your project and hear your goals to create a custom package. We’ve assisted with venue and vendor selections, entertainment, staffing, volunteer coordination, registration, marketing and onsite event management.
We have an onsite meetings/events team that needs assistance occasionally. Can you help?
Absolutely! We can provide on-site support to increase your staffing levels at internal events or assist your events team on a project basis during busy times.
Most clients pay in set installments on a contract (typically 2-3 total payments based on contract length). Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
